How much does window cleaning cost?
Our window cleaning prices are competitive and extremely affordable. Pricing varies on every job. We typically charge per pane but may have to factor in any obstacles or unique situations. Quotes over the phone cannot be 100% accurate without seeing the property.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Generally, windows are cleaned three-four times per year. Many homeowners prefer to book a semi annual service, i.e. spring and fall and there are others who prefer annual cleaning. Some choose to clean selective windows on a frequent basis. Holiday season is also a time when our clients choose to have their windows cleaned. Commercial windows vary: we recommend monthly cleaning for storefronts and quarterly or semi-annual cleaning for office buildings.

What if it rains?
All of our full service window cleanings come with a 7 day rain guarantee. See below for more information.
*Our 7 Day rain guarantee will start the day of your window cleaning service. If rain or storm is within 7 days of your window cleaning service Twenty20 Window Cleaning will come back and clean your exterior windows for free. Twenty20 Window Cleaning has 10 days following any rain or storm to come back and clean your windows. In order to receive this guarantee ,all jobs must be paid in full. Customer must contact Twenty20 Window Cleaning to receive this offer 48 hours after any rain or storm. If job is not paid in full or Twenty20 Window Cleaning is not contacted within 48 hours following any rain or storm, this offer is void. Not valid on any multi level homes. Offer NOT valid July 1st-August 25th due to the unpredictable monsoon weather.
