1. Services

Twenty20 Window Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial window cleaning services in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Prescott, Sedona, Flagstaff, Payson, and surrounding areas of Arizona. By contacting us or requesting a quote you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Twenty20 Window Cleaning are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered. Any changes to the original scope will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work begins.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Twenty20 Window Cleaning reserves the right to require a deposit before work begins on larger commercial projects. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Twenty20 Window Cleaning stands behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with any completed service please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge.

6. Liability

Twenty20 Window Cleaning carries appropriate liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues that were not reasonably detectable at the time of service.
