Since running for Student Body President during his final year of high school, Vincent always knew he wanted to start his own business by offering the highest level of customer service the likes of which his competition cannot fathom. Spending quality time with his family and giving back to the community are just some ways Vincent spends his free time while volunteering with friends for organizations like Habitat for Humanity. 

"When I decided to start this business, one of my biggest motivators was to be able to spend time with my children. Growing up, my parents were always away from the house and working late. Twenty/20 and the individuals within the communities I work with, have given me the ability to pick up my children after school, have dinner with them, and be a part of their events. I've gotten the chance to meet some extraordinary people all over the valley and I look forward to continuing the wonderful work we've done for years to come."

When Andrew was a teenager working at his neighborhood Mail Boxes Etc., he made an effort to build rapport with over 100 of the clients that had personal and business related mailboxes in his store. 

"I was at the store regularly and I wanted to add a human element to something like mail. I would treat everyone as a friend and let them know that they could count on me for any type of mail service they could think of. Once in a while, I still run into a lot of those folks within our community, and it's been over 20 years since I've worked there!"
